How long will it take to receive my watch?

For items in inventory, we will mail out your watch within 2 business days of your order. From the mailing date shipping is estimated to take between 6 and 10 days. 

 

Of course, nothing is perfect, and should a delay occur, we will let you know as soon as we know. We will keep you in the loop throughout the entire process and once ready, we will ship based on the order in which your purchase was made. York & Front cannot guarantee or be held responsible for delays and fees due to Customs processing of the destination country.


What are the shipping costs?
There are various shipping options with differing delivery standards and costs available once you are checking out your order. Below are estimated shipping fees: 

Canada – USD $15.00
United States – USD $20.00
Elsewhere USD $65.00

For exact shipping costs and delivery timeline estimates, please refer to the calculated total once you input your address when checking out. Shipping costs do not include any duties, fees, tariffs, or costs incurred by the Customs process in the destination country. Shipping fees subject to change.
How do you ship?
We ship within Canada with Canada Post. For international shipments we use FedEx. Once an order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number should the service you selected come with the feature. If you have specific shipping requirements, please drop us a note at support@yorkfront.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally! For any orders shipped outside of Canada, customs and duty fees, taxes, or other charges may be applied by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Do you accept returns?
Should you not be completely happy with your watch or strap, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund, less shipping costs, within 7-days from the date you receive the watch. Exchanges are available but subject to inventory availability. Returns must be in unworn and brand-new condition with all packaging and accessories.
Returns within Canada are provided a free return shipping label. For international orders, return shipping is a responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return request, please contact us at support@yorkfront.com.

What is your warranty coverage?
We back our products with a 2-year international warranty effective from the date of purchase. For pre-ordered watches, the warranty period will begin when we have inventory on hand and have shipped the watch to the end client. This warranty covers material or workmanship defects, but does not cover:
  • normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, chips, etc.
  • accidental damage, loss or theft
  • modifications or repairs performed by an unauthorized party
  • water intrusion due to misuse of the screw-down crown or exceeding rated depth limits
  • leather straps and accessories
Any repair or modification work done by a party other than those authorized by York & Front will void this warranty. Should you require warranty assistance please contact us at support@yorkfront.com.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept electronic payment platforms such as PayPal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How do I get my watch serviced?
As with all fine mechanical timepieces, we recommend regular servicing every few years. Should your watch require service, please get in touch with us at support@yorkfront.com and we’ll make sure to have your watch back in top form.
