Refund policy

What is your warranty coverage?
We back our products with a 2-year international warranty effective from the date of purchase. For pre-ordered watches, the warranty period will begin when we have inventory on hand and have shipped the watch to the end client. This warranty covers material or workmanship defects, but does not cover:
  • normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, chips, etc.
  • accidental damage, loss or theft
  • modifications or repairs performed by an unauthorized party
  • water intrusion due to misuse of the screw-down crown or exceeding rated depth limits
  • leather straps and accessories
Any repair or modification work done by a party other than those authorized by York & Front will void this warranty. Should you require warranty assistance please contact us at support@yorkfront.com.
Do you accept returns?
Should you not be completely happy with your watch or strap, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund, less shipping costs, within 30-days from the date you receive the watch. Exchanges are available but subject to inventory availability. Returns must be in unworn and brand-new condition with all packaging and accessories.

Returns within Canada are provided a free return shipping label. For international orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return request, please contact us at support@yorkfront.com.
